The 28-pack ritual
Three moves, one pack
Each large pouch of Grüns contains 28 individual packs. Grab a single pack daily and enjoy the small handful of green gummy bears inside for comprehensive nutrition.
One Pack (20g). Take no more than one pack per day.
RipTear the notch on a single pack. That is the whole prep. Nothing to measure, nothing to stir.
TipTip the pack and let the gummy bears fall into your palm. A small handful, every time.
EnjoyChew, swallow, move on with the day. Fruit-snack flavor, and the gap-filling part is already done.
Fixing the nutrition space
You have nutrition gaps.
Want to join the 10% of people who are nutrient sufficient?
Like you, we were disappointed. There’s an infinite number of “nutrition” companies, all focused on what’s best for them — not what’s best for you. Hundreds of products to sell you on, low-quality ingredients, and small nutrient doses. We’ve seen it all.
So we decided it was time to fix it. No more choking on and popping pills like a pharmacy. No more clean-up and disgust from gross powders. And no more cobbling together handfuls to dozens of supplements.
We made daily nutrition, like, ridiculously easy.
- ComprehensiveNutrition that works. Grüns replaces handfuls of health products at a fraction of the cost.
- DeliciousA habit that tastes so good, you'll actually want to keep it.
- PortableDesigned to fit whenever and wherever you want your nutrition. Just grab and go.
- No Mess, No StressNo more gagging on pills, sloshing chalky powders, or cleaning messy counters.
- 60+ ingredients
- 21 Vitamins & Minerals
- 6g of Fiber
- 1 convenient pack
- Including whole fruits and veggies

On the bench
A gold standard test
We put Grüns to the test in 2025 through a gold standard clinical study: randomized, double blind, and placebo controlled. Here were the results—your body absorbs the nutrients. Participants showed meaningful increases in key nutrients, measured in the blood. It’s validation that gummies aren’t just convenient. They’re effective.
Vitamin C and Folate
40.1% increase in Vitamin C levels (2.7x more than placebo). 20.5% increase in Folate levels (2.9x more than placebo).
Observational study
Results from a survey of 3,000+ customers: 95% of users take Grüns at least 4-6 times per week, with 80% taking it daily. 67% experienced better, more regular digestion; 67% reported improved overall health and well-being; 52% felt more energized throughout their day.
A daily habit
Great health doesn't happen overnight, but it does happen daily. One pack a day is the habit the whole page is built around.

Plus not having to clean a shaker bottle or extra dishes for greens stuff in powder form, is absolutely excellent!
I hate subscriptions because I feel like they are a trap so I canceled it before the gummies even arrived. We quickly decided to resubscribe because we love Grüns so much! A bonus is my kids love them too!
Grüns has replaced multiple vitamins and supplements as they are all included in just one yummy little Grüns pack! (For WAY less than I was paying before). Best decision I ever made switching! If you’re on the fence, JUMP! You will not regret your decision!
I used to pay so much for multiple supplements to get all of the same benefits that Grüns gives me in a simple snack pack.
I’ve tried a few green powders over the years. The issue has never been nutritive content. It’s always been an issue of consistency like many things. Grüns has been the one thing I’ve been able to stick to because they are so easy to consume and taste wonderful (just like gummy bears).
Love the taste, love how they make me feel, and so impressed by the ingredients list! Definitely will be taking these on vacation with me (bye bye green powder)!
They’re more convenient, less messy, and more flavorful than green powders. They are easy to have on the go, so it’s easy to build the daily habit of taking them. I’ve felt great since I started taking Grüns! So much nutrition packed into an easy habit. Do yourself a favor and get a subscription. You won’t regret it!
Portable! Love the flavor and it’s so easy to grab and eat on my way to the billion things I have to do as a mom. Easy way to get my nutrients in!
I love that it's a little pack of gummies because taking just 2 gummies before Grüns was never satisfying.
LOVE the convenience of a small packet of gummies with everything my kids need - grab and go!
and they’re easy to throw in a packet and take with me so I can enjoy them anytime. I also stopped buying separate probiotic gummies, b12 gummies, and multivitamin gummies. I just take these now and it’s easier for me to manage.
I was taking AG1 but even with their monthly subscription discount it was still $94 a month and the drink was definitely gritty/chalky. Grüns literally tastes like fruit snacks I ate as a kid. And there isn’t a bad aftertaste either! On top of that, they are super convenient, half the price of what I was paying with AG1, and offer the same benefits and then some! P.S. I never do reviews, but these are amazing!
I’ve been choking on Athletic Greens for the last few years and am glad those days are over. I look forward to taking Grüns every day not only because they taste great but also because I know they’re good for me.
It provides clean feeling energy and mental focus in a good tasting gummy bear that satisfies a sweet tooth craving without the sugar crash.
My bowel movements are normal for the 1st time in 15 years!
Pharmacist approved! Most other gummies on the market have only a few vitamins, but there are no other products like this with full spectrum vitamins in gummy form! I can’t stop raving about Grüns to my friends. Definitely give them a try!
I can definitely tell a difference in his health, energy and it keeps him ‘regular’. I feel good knowing his Grüns are filling in the nutritional gaps of my picky eater.
My kids are picky eaters! I have a really hard time getting them to eat any greens. So glad we found these! Everything I could want in a supplement and nothing I don’t want. Plus, they LOVE the taste! Win-win!
My pediatrician explained how important it is for kids to have methylated vitamins so their bodies can actually absorb and use the nutrients. I’m so glad we found Grüns!
The only form of greens that my kids stay consistent with!
